How we choose and save the bets
For each game, we take the latest confirmed props publication up to 10 minutes after its scheduled start, while the NHL still reports it as pregame. Updates in the last 30 minutes are preferred. If you see “carried forward,” the latest publication was earlier and no newer eligible publication replaced it. A new publication replaces that game’s whole list, including removed picks.
A win adds the profit at the saved odds. A loss subtracts the stake. A statistical tie refunds the stake. Missing results stay pending. We calculate each stake and payout to the nearest cent. Sportsbook voids and injury adjustments require a verified correction. If the closing balance is zero or below, new stakes are zero.
Several picks can depend on the same player or game. Full individual half-Kelly stakes can create large combined exposure. This record shows hypothetical model performance.
